NEXOPORA DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES. IN NO EVENT SHALL NEXOPORA’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO NEXOPORA FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $10 IF NO PAYMENT WAS MADE.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in San Francisco County, California. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
